The first step of this journey from Mr. Ashok Malhotra to m/s Ashok Malhotra Group (amgeco) of Companies was taken in early eighties as a modest beginning. With a happy and committed customer base, this group made very rapid strides. amgeco transformed from realtors to small scale, & then to medium range colonizers. With globalization & opening up of Indian economy, the vistas are endless & opportunity level in real estate is phenomenal. Keeping pace, amgeco graduated from medium level colonizing, and ventured into the arena of MEGA PROJECTS registering unprecedented growth. Before this ‘PALM’ as a prefix, for all our real estate projects, has been registered with Trade Mark Authority of India, also the group is certified as ISO 9001 : 2000.

We are currently evaluating Township, SEZs & Commercial Projects in major cities across North India. Based on the feasibility report result, we envisage initiating more projects worth hundreds of crores.
